Al Lucas, President of CRTexas, served as Director of Inkjet Technical Operations at both JetFill and Nukote. In addition, he spent many years with Xerox Corp. in the research and engineering of imaging supplies. He has extensive experience with imaging technologies, design, development, imaging evaluation, manufacturing, compatibles, remanufacturing, ink development, and competitive evaluation.

Todd Lucas, Director of Research and Development, CRTexas, is an Associate Professor and Department Co-chair at Texas A&M University-Kingsville where he conducts research and instructs students in digital imaging for fine arts and graphic design. He is currently working with several media manufacturers developing archival large format systems. Private sector works includes Xerox Corp. and Legacy Manufacturing in the imaging science groups.
